These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Clepora Jobs (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Truthfulness & Accuracy Attestation. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Clepora Jobs helps job seekers maintain a professional profile, tailor résumés and cover letters to specific job postings, discover matching openings from third-party sources, and track applications. Clepora Jobs is a tool — it is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or career-counseling service, and it does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment of any kind.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, and legally able to work in your target jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must keep your profile information truthful and accurate — see the Truthfulness & Accuracy Attestation, which you must accept to use the Service.
4. AI-generated content
The Service uses AI to generate tailored application materials from the information you provide. AI output can contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing all generated materials before using or submitting them. The Service is designed not to fabricate facts, but you remain responsible for the truthfulness and suitability of everything submitted under your name.
5. Applications are submitted by you (human-in-the-loop)
The Service prepares and pre-fills application materials for your review. Clepora Jobs never submits an application on your behalf. You review, edit as needed, and submit each application yourself. You are solely responsible for every application you submit.
6. Third-party job sources and platforms
Job listings are retrieved from third-party sources and aggregators, each subject to its own terms and privacy practices. The Service does not scrape or automate platforms in violation of their terms, and you agree not to use the Service to do so. Availability, accuracy, and freshness of third-party listings are not guaranteed, and your use of any third-party site is governed by that site's terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) submit false or misleading information; (b) violate any third party's terms of service or rights; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data; (d) use the Service to send spam or to harass; (e) reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; or (f) violate any applicable law.
8. Your content and license
You retain all rights to the information and materials you provide. You grant Clepora Jobs a limited license to use, store, and process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (including generating tailored materials). We claim no ownership of your content.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and text (excluding your content and the third-party listings), is owned by Clepora Jobs and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
10. No professional or legal advice
The Service, including the Truthfulness & Accuracy Attestation and any references to laws, is provided for general information only and is not legal, immigration, or career advice. Consult a qualified professional about your specific situation.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that job listings are accurate or current, or that use of the Service will result in any hiring outcome.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clepora Jobs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or opportunities, hiring outcomes, third-party listing accuracy, or the contents of materials you review and submit. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Clepora Jobs harmless from claims arising out of your content, your applications, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content license, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
15. Governing law and disputes
